About the training
Practice an effective communication approach that addresses stress factors in order to identify a safety and follow-up plan Developed with Air Force Diamond One and USAF First Sergeant’s Academy.
While visiting a distressed servicemember, the user practices using advanced level techniques for identifying risk factors, warning signs and making decisions about best base resources to transition the servicemember in crisis. Using the Ask, Care, Escort (ACE) model, learner gains knowledge of the necessary steps to intervene in suicide.
