Sexual Assault Prevention and Response 01
Restricted vs. Unrestricted
About the training
Have a conversation with a peer who was recently assaulted and guide them through the differences between restricted and unrestricted reporting. Demonstrate empathy and direct them to the appropriate resources while helping them identify an action plan.
After being assaulted, a peer asks for your advice on what to do next. Practice using DODI compliant guidance to help her understand the differences between restricted and unrestricted reporting before directing the assaulted servicemember to their SAPR or SHARP office.
