Sexual Assault Prevention and Response 02
Bystander Intervention
About the training
In this voice-activated immersive experience, practice the "3 Ds" of intervening in uncomfortable situations to support survivors of sexual harassment or assault: Direct, Delegate, and Distract. Tracking the continuum of harm, the first in the workplace, which then escalates to a scenario where there is an assault risk in a social setting.
Practice using the 3Ds of Intervention in two scenes. First at a briefing where harassing statements are being made toward a female on the team. Second scene is in a social setting where the learner will need to speak up to prevent someone who has been drinking from crossing the line with a colleague who is expressing a need for someone to help her.
